How long does an order take?
Most orders are printed and ready in . Big custom orders can take longer, and we'll tell you before you pay.
How do I pay?
Postage and pickup
What are they made of?
Most pieces are printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic. Pet tags and anything that lives outdoors can be printed in tougher PETG. Keep prints out of hot cars and dishwashers.
Who are your fidgets and clickers for?
They're designed for teens and adults (14+) as desk fidgets, keyrings and gifts. They are not toys for young children. They contain small parts, so keep them away from children under 3.
Can I change a name after ordering?
Yes, as long as we haven't started printing. Get in touch as soon as you can with your order reference.
What if something arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll reprint it or refund you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Do you do wholesale or markets?
We love doing markets and bulk orders for clubs, workplaces and businesses. Use the custom order form and tell us the numbers.
